Do the attorneys or their staff promptly return calls and offer transparent case information?
 Will the attorney go to court if necessary or do they almost always try to settle, even if it’s not in the client’s best interest? 
 Are the attorneys of the law firm active within the legal field? Do they participate in or chair associations or forums? 
Have they excelled in law school or aimed high in their post-academic pursuits?
 Are they active in their local community, supporting local causes and improving the conditions in the neighborhoods they serve?
An excellent lawyer displays an authentic concern for their clientele. Their actions outside the law office and courtroom are just as important as the ones they take on their clients’ behalf.
